All of the products from Yakai have 1 year quality guarantee.

1. Within 1 year

 Upon happened the quality questions, if a small question, such as lights, lines, or others, Yakai will send the standby accessories for free. If the full panels of the body has broken, then we will send the standby panel in your next order, or will return relevant fees.

2. After 1 year

 Upon happened the quality questions, if a small question, such as lights, lines, or others, Yakai will send the standby accessories, and customer need to pay the fees of express. If the full panels of the body has broken, then we will send the standby panel in your next order, customer need pay the fees of the panel.

P.S.: for the accessories, Yakai will prepared the standby accessories for customer when we shipped the body out of our factory.

3.Assembling guiding

  Customer who purchase the CKD panel, and assembling in there country, we will prepare a CD and manual to guide assembling. All of the process customer will find the answers during assembling.
